Hello, I'm Sagar Songom Dihingia, professionally known as Sagar Songom—a content writer, scriptwriter, dubbing coordinator, creative storyteller, numerologist, and spiritual guide from Assam, India. With over a decade of experience in media, entertainment, journalism, and content development, I have dedicated my career to creating meaningful stories that inform, inspire, and connect with audiences.

My professional journey began in June 2016 when I joined Bishmoi, one of Assam's respected Assamese monthly magazines, edited by Sashi Phukan. Working with the magazine laid the foundation of my writing career and taught me the power of thoughtful storytelling. It was here that I developed a strong understanding of how words can educate, influence, and create lasting impact.

From September 2016 to January 2019, I worked as a Sub-Editor at a leading Assamese daily newspaper. During this period, I gained valuable experience in journalism, news editing, proofreading, headline writing, and editorial planning. The fast-paced newsroom environment strengthened my ability to deliver accurate, engaging, and high-quality content while working under strict deadlines.

Driven by my passion for visual storytelling, I later entered the television industry as a scriptwriter for Assamese serials. I had the opportunity to contribute to popular productions such as Amarapali (Rang) and Adarar Achor (Rengoni), crafting stories and dialogues that connected with viewers through compelling narratives and emotionally engaging characters.

One of the most significant milestones of my career was my association with Beharbari Outpost, the longest-running television serial in Northeast India with more than 3,500 episodes. As an Assistant Director, I gained extensive experience in television production, collaborating closely with directors, actors, writers, and technical teams. During the period when the show aired in a one-hour format, I also wrote several episodes, further strengthening my expertise in episodic storytelling and television scriptwriting.

Most recently, I successfully completed my work as a Writer and Dubbing Coordinator for the Hindi mythology series Karmadhikari Shani Dev, previously telecast on Shemaroo. I was responsible for adapting the original Hindi scripts into Assamese while preserving their emotional depth, cultural authenticity, and narrative essence for viewers on Rengoni Channel, operated by AM Television Pvt. Ltd. Alongside script adaptation, I coordinated the dubbing process to ensure accurate performances, linguistic consistency, and a seamless viewing experience.

Currently, I am working on another exciting mythology project, Baal Krishna, serving as a Writer and Dubbing Coordinator. Similar to my previous work on Karmadhikari Shani Dev, my responsibilities include translating and adapting scripts from Hindi into Assamese, maintaining the original emotions, cultural context, and storytelling quality while overseeing the dubbing workflow to deliver an authentic regional viewing experience.

Alongside my television career, I work as a freelance content creator, offering professional services in television and digital scriptwriting, creative storytelling, dubbing script adaptation, dubbing coordination, concept development, and multilingual translation. I specialize in Hindi–Assamese, Bengali–Assamese, and English–Assamese translations, helping creators, production houses, businesses, and organizations communicate effectively across languages and cultures.

Beyond the world of media and entertainment, I have a deep interest in numerology and spirituality. Through my studies and practice, I strive to help individuals gain self-awareness, clarity, and confidence in their personal and professional lives. I believe that creativity and spirituality complement one another, empowering people to discover purpose, overcome challenges, and make meaningful life decisions.
